Seekardo Notes – August

Welcome to this months update, where we look at the last months amazing learnings and what is coming up this month. Last month saw the PURPOSE as the focus of the month, along with some breakthroughs from the community and finally some deeper shares from Dr Ro.

 Seekardo notes gives you a snapshot of the last month and the view ahead. So if you are busy and don’t use the community often. This is an easy way to check out the most valuable insights from this month.

Harms here, in July I embarked on a 10 day silent retreat. (Easiest way to describe it) however it was deeper than that. It was one level down from living like a full Nun or Monk. The only exception was that I did not have to beg for food. In the east the practice of a Monk or Nun begging for food is not frowned upon. It is the way that they completely dissolve their ego through this practice.

So apart from that I lived as a Monk for 10 days. In silence. With no contact with the outside world. Learning a meditation practice which involves observing yourself for 11 hours a day.

Truly challenging and incredible.

You may have had an email explaining your subscription is cancelled. This is not the case, some members had duplicate accounts created. We have now cleaned up the system and ensure you only have one account. If anyone is charged twice, please advise shivani@bstreetdigital.com and we will resolve the technical error.
